Who is Lemon Tree?
Hi, I’m Will Lemmond, your trusted real estate professional with a passion for residential construction and rehabbing. I began my journey in 2001 when I purchased my first house at just 21 years old and quickly learned about the responsibilities that come with homeownership.
Background and Experience
Originally from Alabama (Roll Tide!) my family and I now call the Greater Philadelphia area home. With an extensive work background, I have specialized in residential construction and rehabbing. In 2009, I incorporated my own remodeling and contracting company which grew my love for real estate ownership and investing. To date we have completed over 60 full home remodels.
Values
Family is my top priority. I learned the importance of family later in life, after moving away from home. As they say, absence makes the heart grow fonder. Spending time with my family is my favorite way to unwind and relax. Whether it’s a simple dinner together or a weekend getaway, being with my loved ones is always a priority to me.
When I’m not working or with my family, I indulge in my hobbies, which include golf, music, traveling, and cooking.
